Most cases are completed within 48 hours. For larger cases over 500 pages, turnaround is typically 72 hours. We'll let you know the expected timeline when you submit your records.
How does HIPAA compliance work?
Our platform is built to HIPAA standards from the ground up. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on secure AWS infrastructure with strict access controls.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PDF files, which is the standard format for medical records. If you have records in another format, contact us and we'll help you get them converted.
