An estimate, not a promise. Reading time uses the 1 to 2 hours per 100 pages that nurses told us in interviews. Review in Case Nurse is counted at a fifth of that time; in our testing it was closer to a seventh. Plans are $100 a month for up to 3 cases a month, or $200 for up to 10. Your records will vary.

Will this replace legal nurse consultants?
No. Case Nurse does the sorting: reading every page, grouping visits, totaling bills, and drafting entries with citations. The clinical judgment, the corrections, and the signature are yours. That is the part attorneys pay for, and the part software cannot do. As one LNC in practice since the late 1990s put it: “It’s more of a tool. It’s an assist.”
What if the draft gets something wrong?
You will see it, because every entry links to its page. Correct any entry, add rows from any page, hide noise, and settle the flagged questions before you sign. Possible duplicate bills and records that disagree are set aside for your decision.
Will my attorney clients accept an AI-assisted chronology?
They are accepting your chronology, reviewed and signed by you, under your brand, with page citations they can check. Many LNCs tell their attorneys they use AI-assisted tools, the way they would mention any other software. We are happy to share language you can use.

Is it HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Records are stored and processed in the U.S. on AWS under a signed AWS BAA, encrypted, walled off from every other customer, and locked away from our own staff accounts. Records you receive in discovery are handled under our Terms and Data Processing Agreement. Working with records straight from a hospital or provider, for example on defense-side work? Talk to us before you upload. We do not train AI models on your records. Read the security details.

Add documents to the case whenever they come in. A case can hold many PDFs, up to 2 GB each.
