Why $500 is a good deal

Firms typically spend hours of paralegal time per case sorting through medical records, cross-referencing dates of service, building timelines, and manually calculating damages from billing statements. That work is slow, error-prone, and pulls your team away from higher-value tasks like case strategy, depositions, and client communication.

With Case Nurse, you get a predictable per-case cost instead of variable hourly billing. For $500, your team receives a complete, nurse-verified chronology in 48 hours—categorized findings, billing totals, hyperlinked citations, and case intelligence included. No hourly rates that climb as records get longer, and no surprise invoices at the end of the month.

The flat rate stays the same whether your case has 100 pages from one provider or 1,000 pages from a dozen facilities. As your case volume grows, the cost stays predictable—no renegotiating rates, no per-page surcharges. Your team gets an organized, nurse-verified chronology ready for depositions and trial prep, while freeing up staff to focus on settlement negotiations instead of sorting through medical records page by page.

What's included in the $500?

Everything: AI extraction, licensed nurse review, hyperlinked chronology with page citations, encrypted document storage, and dedicated support. There are no hidden fees, add-ons, or hourly charges. You receive categorized medical findings with ICD codes, a treatment timeline with gap detection, billing breakdowns by provider with total expense calculations, pre-existing condition flags, case intelligence cards, and hyperlinked page citations back to the original documents.

Can I try it with one case first?

Absolutely. There are no recurring fees, no minimums, and no long-term lock-in. Send us one case and see the results for yourself. Book a demo to get started.

What if my case is over 1,000 pages?

Cases over 1,000 pages are quoted individually based on volume and complexity. Book a demo or email us and we'll give you a quote—most firms hear back the same day. Turnaround for larger cases is typically around 72 hours.

Are there recurring fees or minimums?

No. There are no monthly fees, no minimums, and no long-term lock-in. You pay per case, only when you submit records. Many firms start with one case and scale up once they see the results.

What file types do you accept?

We accept PDF files, which is the standard format for medical records from hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and billing departments. Upload your files as-is with no sorting or pre-processing required. If you have records in another format, contact us and we can help you get them converted before upload.

How does billing extraction work?

Our platform automatically identifies and extracts billing line items from medical records, including CPT codes, charges, and dates of service. Billing amounts are totaled by provider and across the entire case, giving you an accurate damages figure without manual spreadsheet work. The nurse review verifies that billing entries match documented services, so the numbers you cite in demand letters and at trial are backed by verified source documents.
